Return Policy

We only accept returns of your ordered items via 《Contact Us》 within 2 working days from the delivery under following conditions.

If you wish to return your items, please contact us via 《Contact Us》 with your order number in the enclosed invoice and information regarding to the items. We will contact you via E-mail and advise you how we can help you.

i) Definition of Original Conditions
Items that you wish to return must be in brand new condition, unopened and have their original sticker, original packaging, etc (if applicable) to qualify for a refund. We will inspect the items that you return. TOKYO STATIONERY reserves the rights to decline refund requests if the item has been used, opened, or in question.

ii) Return Cost
Customers who wish to return a item need to ship by themselves and by their cost. In general, we highly recommend using a tracked form of delivery such as CourierPost "Track & Trace" and "Signature Required" so on. We are not responsible for any return packages that get lost or damaged in the delivery process.

iii) Refund
We will require 5% of your order amount for our handling fee, the fee we paid to the PayPal or credit cards companies (if paid by the Paypal or credit cards) and the shipping fee if free shipped. Remaining balance will be transferred into your bank account within 5 working days. The customers will be required to provide us with their bank account details for the refund.
